A Message to Our Customers

Welcome to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA)

It's hard to believe that a full year has passed since we announced that ARC's Board of Directors voted to approve revisions to your Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA); and now it's coming to fruition. Needless to say, we're extremely excited to introduce a modernized, more customer-centric agreement. We've been working feverishly to ensure we provide you, our customer, with the best possible service and support leading-up to (and after) the July 1, 2013 effective date for the revised ARA.

The updates to the ARA were developed through extensive engagements with dozens of travel agency, airline and travel trade association leaders throughout the United States. As a result of collaboration, the updated ARA offers ARC participating agencies with more flexibility, efficient options for accreditation and daily operations while maintaining the current operational integrity of ARC's reporting and settlement system. We are very grateful to those who spent a considerable amount of time providing feedback and helping us better understand the needs of today's travel professional.
