Crystal Montague

I manage both the airline participation program and customer experience at ARC. I am responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience by making it easy to do business with ARC. A key aspect of my job is ensuring I continuously engage with our customers to identify areas of opportunity that will enhance their overall experience.

Outside of ARC, I am the founder of a nonprofit, Beyond Here, which introduces and reinforces the love and importance of reading and travel to children. Each year, children have a selected theme in which they read books on the topic and also travel to themed locations.

Donovan Tyson

My role at ARC encompasses the accurate collection, recording, analysis and presentation of ARC’s financial operations. It is my duty to serve as a resource to my colleagues, promote collaboration across departments, advocate for compliance and foster corporate growth.

Outside of my day-to-day responsibilities, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with HR and ARC’s summer internship program. As a product of the intern program, having the ability to facilitate workshops, coordinate initiatives and aid in the development of the future workforce carries tremendous meaning in my job. When I’m not crunching numbers at ARC, I’m either running, working on my startup or trying to keep our puppy entertained.

Ian Fajardo

As a web developer in ARC’s marketing department, my main responsibilities are maintaining the corporate website and other mediums that have a customer-facing online presence. I love designing new experiences and making cool things for people to interact with. It’s a good challenge finding different ways to keep customers engaged with what ARC has to offer. Luckily, the marketing department is awesome at it!

Outside of work, I like doing a lot of outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding. I’ve recently gotten into obstacle races like Tough Mudder, which has been challenging and fun.

Andrea Black

I am lucky to lead efforts that make ARC an engaging and fun place for our employees to work. I show up each day to support a culture that pushes our employees to be successful, grow their skills and drive our organization’s goals. 

I am passionate about our people, I want to give each of them the opportunity and environment to share their unique voice, value and contributions with the organization. Nothing brings my job more meaning than seeing our employees thrive and wow our customers with their talent! 

Joseph Smutz

My role here at ARC is in the area of product management, specifically on payment services and API products. My primary focus is on building solutions to help our travel agencies process payments in a manner that adds value to their business.

I have always been a creative and entrepreneurial thinker, so having a job that allows me the flexibility to seek solutions to everyday challenges was a great fit for me. In addition to being passionate about my job, I am also passionate about my family, the outdoors, traveling and wine!

Shital Sabne

My key responsibilities include bringing data product ideas to reality and developing new data product concepts for ARC. I work closely with teams throughout the company to define and refine the data architecture that acts as the foundation for ARC’s data business, as well as incorporating new analytics into ARC’s products.

I find my job meaningful because it brings new product ideas to life and generates new revenue for ARC. My work is exciting because it’s always evolving and changing along with the new data landscape, so there are always new things to learn and tackle. Outside of work, I decompress all that data stress with ballroom dancing.
